DIY RING SIZING

DIY measure your fingers at home by following these steps:

1.   Cut a strip of paper that will wrap around the circumference of your finger 

2.   Wrap the paper around your finger, make sure it's nice and comfortably tight and mark the spot where it meets

3.   Measure the distance with a ruler (in mm); this will be your finger's circumference

PAYMENT

*We accept payment with major credit cards through our secure shopping cart as well as PayPal.

*We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or direct bank transfers.

*Custom Orders will not be started until $150 non-refundable deposit is received, Custom Orders requiring consultations will include a 15 minute free consultation or 2 emails, after that there will be a $100 fee for half-hour scheduled consultations.

*Orders will not be started until payment is received.

All products remain Crystal Hartman Art Jewelry's property until full payment is made. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from Crystal Hartman Art Jewelry.

All transfers conducted through Crystal Hartman Art Jewelry are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption.

SHIPPING

*Orders are shipped in 3-5 business days. Made-to-order items can take 6-12 weeks to ship. Check individual listings for specific shipping details, please contact us if you have a specific date we need to know.

*All of our orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service. Below are the services we use and what they include.

  • Priority Mail® – 1 to 3 Business Days / Tracking / Insurance

  • Priority Mail Express™ – Overnight / Tracking / Insurance / Delivery Signature

  • First Class Package International Service™ – Delivery Confirmation / No Tracking / No Insurance

  • Priority Mail International® – 6 to 10 Business Days / Tracking / Insurance

*Our shop is based out of Durango Colorado and Urbana Illinois.

*When items ship internationally, we cannot guarantee they will make it within the USPS time guidelines. On rare occasions, customs may hold your package for an undetermined amount of time. We sadly have no control over this.

*We will not be held responsible for any items that are lost or stolen. However, we do include insurance with every USPS package and can help with customer USPS claims.

*Falsifying shipping documents is illegal, so please do not ask us to mark your shipment at a lower value or as a gift.

*Any customs taxes/fees/duties upon delivery are the responsibility of the buyer.

*Within the US, please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want every customer that shops with us to be happy with their purchases. With the nature of our shop, we must enforce rather strict return policies.

Returns and exchanges will be made on an individual basis, please contact us prior to any return or exchange. If your item qualifies, it must be returned within 10 days of receipt in the original condition it was sent in. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping fees. We suggest adding tracking to your return package to ensure its safe arrival. We will not accept returns on sale items or custom orders.

The buyer can return an item in exchange for a different item. However, shipping costs and differences in item values are the responsibility of the buyer.

Force Majeure

Events outside Crystal Hartman Art Jewelry's control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Crystal Hartman Art Jewelry is released from Crystal Hartman Art Jewelry's obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.
